園での活動中に撮影する園児の画像、映像等を当園の説明会や紙媒体、オンライン等で使用することがあります。不都合のある場合は、あらかじめご相談下さい。画像、映像等の使用を禁止するお申し出のない場合は、上記目的の限度で、当園が園児の肖像権を無償で使用することを承諾したものとしますので、ご確認、ご了承のほどお願いします。
Written acceptance on the use of the photographs and others
We may use the images and videos showing the kindergarten taken during activity in the garden at the briefing meeting, on the paper medium, online of the kindergarten. If it would cause you inconvenience, please let us know in advance. In the case that there is no proposal to prohibit the use of such images and videos, we will assume that this kindergarten pupil will allow us to use his or her portrait right for free of charge for the limited purpose above. We appreciate your understanding and confirmation.
