ガス・電気・水道を使うため、契約が必要ですが、私がやっておきます。（寮を出るときにはご自身で契約を解除する必要があります。）ガス・電気・水道料金の請求書は毎月ポストに届くように手続きしておきますので支払いを忘れないようにお願いします。
ある程度の家具（ベッド・冷蔵庫）と食器・タオル等は用意しておきます。
You have to make a contract to use gas, electricity and water, but I will do it for you. (When you leave the dormitory, you have to cancel it by yourself.) I will make an arrangement for you to receive an invoice for them every month, so please do not forget to pay for it.
Also, I will arrange some pieces of furniture (bed and refrigerator), tableware and towels.
