オリジナルのライトですが、残り９個になりました。
しかしながら、売れたものでお客さんからのクレームが多いです。
今まで、２個返品、交換がありました。
雨で濡れて壊れたというクレームが２件、片方のライトのランプが２つしか点かないというクレームが１件です。
返品交換を受けた分については、ex-workなのでシッピング費用はもちろんこちらが負担しますが、返金をお願いできませんでしょうか？
ニューバージョンは品質の良いものになると良いのですが
日本でも確実にうれる商品です。早く入荷してほしいです

Regarding the original light, the number of the rest is 9 pieces.
However, many of the customers who purchased the light have complained about it.
We have received two pieces returned and replaced with new ones.
Two customers complained that the light was broken due to the rain. One customer complained that only two lamps in one side turned on.
As for the items which are returned and replaced with new ones, needless to say, I will cover the shipping fee because it is ex-work, but can you please issue a refund for them?
I hope the new version would be a good-quality and reliable one.

Until now, there were been 2 returnings and exchanges.
Two claims for getting wet from the rain and fail, one claim was that one side of the light only 2 lamps light up.
Regarding the exchanged articles, of course, we will take responsibility for the shipping costs from ex-work and such but may I ask for the repayment?
