オリジナルのライトですが、残り９個になりました。
しかしながら、売れたものでお客さんからのクレームが多いです。
今まで、２個返品、交換がありました。
雨で濡れて壊れたというクレームが２件、片方のライトのランプが２つしか点かないというクレームが１件です。
返品交換を受けた分については、ex-workなのでシッピング費用はもちろんこちらが負担しますが、返金をお願いできませんでしょうか？

ニューバージョンは品質の良いものになると良いのですが
日本でも確実にうれる商品です。早く入荷してほしいです

There are 9 units remaining of the original light.
However, from the ones that were bought came lots of claims from the clients.
Until now, there were been 2 returnings and exchanges.
Two claims for getting wet from the rain and fail, one claim was that one side of the light only 2 lamps light up.
Regarding the exchanged articles, of course, we will take responsibility for the shipping costs from ex-work and such but may I ask for the repayment?

It would be good if for the next version the quality were good but
