しかしながら、売れたものでお客さんからのクレームが多いです。
今まで、２個返品、交換がありました。
雨で濡れて壊れたというクレームが２件、片方のライトのランプが２つしか点かないというクレームが１件です。
返品交換を受けた分については、ex-workなのでシッピング費用はもちろんこちらが負担しますが、返金をお願いできませんでしょうか？
ニューバージョンは品質の良いものになると良いのですが
日本でも確実にうれる商品です。早く入荷してほしいです
