しばし社外にてネット環境悪い状況にあり返信が遅れてしまい大変申しわけございません。香港会議の間は今回は上長含め皆日程が既に埋まっており、御社との会談の時間を入れる予定が残念ながら今回なかったのですが、来月ＮＹ商談の時に是非とも本件お話を聞かせていただければと思います。先ずは御社関係者様の来場の日程など教えていただけますか？会期中の弊社マネジメントチームとの会談の調整をいたしたく思います。

I'm very sorry for being late with my reply due to bad circumstances with the internet environment outside of my company for a short while. During the period of the Hong Kong meeting, everyone's schedule, including my superiors, is already filled, so unfortunately this time the schedule cannot include any time for discussions with your company, but next month, when we have negotiations in New York, I think I would certainly like to hear the story of this case. First of all, would you be able to tell me the schedule of attendance of the people connected with your company? I think I would like to co-ordinate a discussion with the management team of our company during the session.
