・「市場・産業の成長度〜成熟度」「組織フェーズ」「機能・事業内容」「人員構成(国籍割合・年齢構成)」などによって組織風土は常に進化(又は衰退)しており、より複雑な新興国のHRマーケットの本質を来年も徹底追求したいと思います。タイ・日本国外も果敢にアプローチしていきます。

The climate of organization has always been progressing (or deteriorating) by "growth level of market and industry~development level", "phase of organization", "function and details of business" and "kind of personnel (ratio of nationality and layer of age".
We are going to pursue essence of human resources market of more complicated emerging country next year as well. We dare to approach Thailand and countries other than Japan.
- Stepping outside is a good opportunity for me to subjectively observe and analyze the areas of strengths and weaknesses of Japanese company and people.
- Organizational culture has been evolving by "degree of growth- maturity of market/industry", "organizational phase", "function/business description", "demographic structure of people (ratio of nationality/ structure by age group)", etc., so I would like to pursue the more complex essence of HR market in the developing countries. Further more, I will actively focus on Thailand and other countries outside Japan as well.
