本日、ＮＥＣのＥＲＰチームと会議を行った際、12月9日に予定されているトムとの会議について、ＮＥＣ側から、次の通り一部変更したいと要望がありました。私は、これを了解しましたので、ご参考まで報告します。
１．場所： ＩＢＭ会議室に変更
２．参加者： 山田様が参加する
３．アジェンダの議論ポイントに関しては、現在作成中です。出来次第、連絡します。

When I had a meeting with NEC ERP team today, there was a request from NEC to change some of the conferences with Tom scheduled for December 9th as follows. I acknowledged this, so I am reporting it to you for your reference.
1. Location: changed to IBM conference room
2. Attendees: Ms. Yamada will be participating
3. Agenda: I am currently making the the discussion points. I will contact you as soon as it's complete.
