The seventh terminal out of eight terminals cannot connect to the wire. (The screw is circulated to no useful purpose.)
This apparently is a defective item. We did not break it.
Can you please send a new terminal base, not the whole parts with no additional charge?

Among 8 terminals, I cannot connect 7th one (screw does not work).
It is obviously an item with defect. We have not damaged it.
Would you send not all the parts but only terminal block at free of charge?

7 out of 8 terminals cannot be connected. (The screw gets idle.)
