This armor is different from general BorderPatrolAgent's armor, is this armor CBP-OFO's SRT or QRF , or BorderPatrol's BORTAC?

May I know which troop of which CBP department uses this armor?
Since this armor is different from the normal armor used by Border Prtrol Agent, I wonder if they are used by SRT or QRF belongs to CBP-OFO or BRTAC of Border Batrol?
