Thank you for agreeing on the refund of the bags. There are differences in the size and quantity of the phone case, but you don't have to issue another refund for those as long as I can receive the refund of the bag. There is no need to return the XL size, isn't it?
I am planning to look for forwarder within this month. I would like to make sure that delivery of the next shipment will be made by ship.
If it is made by ship, can you set the price at $15.99?
Also, I would like to place the next order for the following 2 items, so could you offer a low price?

In terms of the carrying case, it was true that there are some mistakes about the size and the quantity, but you need not to issue a refund for it as long as you make a refund for the bags. Don't I need to send back the case in XL size to you, do I?
I am going to find a forwarder by the end of this month. I will arrange it in order for you to be able to make shipment by sea freight next time. In case of sea freight, would be the price 15.99 dollars OK?
