Buyer Claim: No item received at all, and my post has been-and-gone for the day, so it's not clearly not going to turn-up today!- : -Contacted Samurai-Japan7 about two weeks ago, to state that the item had not been received. Was simply told to be patient. Have now waited two weeks, and today was the last day the item was due to be delilvered by, and nothing's turned-up. Clearly, it isn't going to turn-up, so I'm now filing a claim, for an immediate and full refund of £37.74 GBP!

バイヤーからのクレーム: 全く商品が送付されてきません。私の家に来る郵便配達の人は、今日はもう来て行ってしまいましたので、商品は今日はもう配達されないのは明白です！ ２週間前にサムライ・ジャパン７に連絡し、商品がまだ配達されていないことを伝えました。「辛抱強く待ってください」とのみ言われた次第です。もう2週間も待ち続けています。そして今日が配達予定日の最終日です。結局、何も到着しません。明らかにこれからも配達されないでしょう。そこで私は、いますぐに 37.74 英国ポンドの全額の返金を求めて、クレームを提出することにしました！
