こんにちは。ebayは勘違いしているのかもしれません。アメリカのセラー以外は、返送料のラベルを発行できないのです。そういった仕組みがないようです。これはebayのジャパンカスタマーにも確認しましたので正しい情報だと思います。私は日本のセラーなので返送ラベルを作れません。
ですのでpaypalから返送料を先にあなたに送金します。
返送料がいくらかかるかをお知らせください。その金額にpaypal手数料を加算して送金します。
お手数ですが、私の住所を記載して返送いただけませんでしょうか？

I think ebay may misunderstand. Only sellers in the US can issue a return shipping label. Ebay in other countries does not have such a system. I'm positive this is a correct info as I confirmed it with ebay Japan Customer Service. Thus, I, being a seller in Japan, am not in the position to issue a return labe.
Here is how I would like to respond with the situation. First, I will send you the return cost through Paypal.
Please let me know how much the return costs. I will add the handling fee for Paypal to the amount and send it to you.
Then, would you please return the item with my address on the package?

Hello. eBay might be misunderstanding. Other than US sellers, return label cannot be issued. It looks like there is no such system. I also checked with eBay Japan customer center, so I think this information is correct.

Hello. Maybe ebay does not understand correctly. Other than sellers in the United States, you can not issue a return fee label. There is no such system. Greetings. Perhaps you do not understand the way it works for us in Ebay. The ability to send out return stickers is only available to American sellers. Because you also verified this even as a customer of Ebay Japan, you may believe that this information is correct. But because I am a Japanese seller (in Japan) the return-sticker service is not available. The return charges are remitted to you first through your Paypal account. Please write back with the approximate amount that it will cost to return the item. With an additional Paypal commission added, the amount will be remitted to your account.
