こんにちは。ebayは勘違いしているのかもしれません。アメリカのセラー以外は、返送料のラベルを発行できないのです。そういった仕組みがないようです。これはebayのジャパンカスタマーにも確認しましたので正しい情報だと思います。私は日本のセラーなので返送ラベルを作れません。
ですのでpaypalから返送料を先にあなたに送金します。
返送料がいくらかかるかをお知らせください。その金額にpaypal手数料を加算して送金します。
お手数ですが、私の住所を記載して返送いただけませんでしょうか？

Hello. eBay might be misunderstanding. Other than US sellers, return label cannot be issued. It looks like there is no such system. I also checked with eBay Japan customer center, so I think this information is correct.
I am a Japanese seller and cannot create return label.
Therefore, I will send return postage via PayPal first.
Please let me know how much return postage costs. I will add PayPal fee to that amount and send money.
I'm afraid to take your time, but will you write my address when returning?
