Please provide us with a copy of your initial purchase invoice for the order. If this is a repair, we will need the merchant invoice showing the cost of the parts and labor. If you cannot locate this, you can either contact the merchant or provide us with a direct link to the item online. We will require the market value to be listed for customs purposes.
We will also need the communication in English showing this is a warranty replacement or repair. You can provide a screen shot of an email, forward an invoice showing the warranty information, or provide any other format of communication from the merchant in regards to the replacement or repair.

また、これが保証期間内の交換または修理であることを述べた英語のやりとり必要です。メールのスクリーンショットをとり、補償内容を示すインボイスを転送するか、交換／修理に関する業者とのやりとりをその他フォーマットでご提供ください。
