I ordered this item for 10 pcs but I received 9 pcs only. 1 pc was missing. Give me back money, please. Item is not enough quantity.

A previous inquiry was 5pcs of item were missing though I ordered 50 pcs. There was a letter explained about missing 5 pcs but I could not understand Hangul! Please ask the vendor about that and inform me. Please e-mail me why item are missing and how do you return my money which I too much pay to you. Please handle any problems firmly.

The response of the vender handling on display is very poor. Impose guidance on and correct against the vendor, please.
