先ほど郵便局で発送の手続きをいたしましたが、EMSでは送る事ができないと言われてしまいました。
現在の所在地は日本国内の基地でしょうか？
日本国内の基地へ発送する場合、日本の通常郵便（追跡番号有）での発送となります。
またアメリカの基地宛の場合もEMSは利用できず、e-packetでの発送となります。
基地宛の発送が初めてなこともあり、ご迷惑をおかけして申し訳ありません。

If the item is to be shipped to a base in Japan, it will be shipped by standard mail (with a tracking number) offered by the Japan Post.
I can not use EMS to ship the item to a base in the US, either and will have to use e-packet.
