先ほど郵便局で発送の手続きをいたしましたが、EMSでは送る事ができないと言われてしまいました。
現在の所在地は日本国内の基地でしょうか？
日本国内の基地へ発送する場合、日本の通常郵便（追跡番号有）での発送となります。
またアメリカの基地宛の場合もEMSは利用できず、e-packetでの発送となります。
基地宛の発送が初めてなこともあり、ご迷惑をおかけして申し訳ありません。

If it is sent to your base in Japan, it will be sent by Japan ordinary mail (with tracking number).
If it is sent to your receiver in America, it cannot be sent by EMS, but rather by e-packet.
