使って1月20日にお届けしています。
しかしバイヤーは商品を受け取っていないとクレームを入れています。
履歴を確認していただければ商品を確かに届けているのが分かります。
この場合の対処法はどうすればよいでしょうか?
もしくはMulti-Channel Fulfillment Orderの配送ミスはありえますか?

Greetings.
We delivered this order on January 20th using Multi-Channel Fulfillment Order service.
But the buyer claimed that he has not received it yet.
If you check the delivery history, you can see that we delivered it for sure.
What would be the right way of coping with this particular case?
Or, could it be a mistake of Multi-Channel Fulfillment Order?

Dear Madam (Sir),
This order was delivered via Multi-Channel Fulfillment Order Service on January 20.
However, the buyer turned a claim saying that she (he) had not received the product.
You will see that the product was delivered if you confirm the history.
What actions are to be taken in this case?

How do you do?
This order has been delivered on January 20th using Multi-Channel Fulfillment Order service.
But the buyer claims that he didn't recieved it.
You can see that the item was delivered for sure by checking the order history.
What should I do?
