こちらのオーダーはMulti-Channel Fulfillment Order サービスを
使って1月20日にお届けしています。
しかしバイヤーは商品を受け取っていないとクレームを入れています。
履歴を確認していただければ商品を確かに届けているのが分かります。
この場合の対処法はどうすればよいでしょうか?
もしくはMulti-Channel Fulfillment Orderの配送ミスはありえますか?

This order was made through Multi-Channel Fulfillment Order Service and it should have arrived by January 20th. However, there is a complaint from the buyer that the goods have not arrived.
