転送会社を使って日本に配送依頼をしたので本日商品が届きましたが、時計のケース部分には傷があり、ベルトにはかなりの使用感があります。
商品状態は新品となっていたのですが、これは展示品とかではないのですか？
この時計はプレゼント用に購入したのですが、とても渡せない状態です。
返品をお願いします。
日本から返品しますが、送料は負担していただけるのですか？

I received the item today through an transfer agency. As I can see, the case of the watch has a scratch and the belt is quite worn out.
The item condition was described as brand new. Isn't this watch shopworn?
I can not give it as a gift, which I was supposed to.
I would like to return it to you.
I will return it from Japan but will you bear the shipping cost?

As I requested to deliver to Japan by using forwarding company, I received the item today.
There is a damage at the case of the watch, and I found that the belt has been used.
The item was explained as a new one.
Is this the one listed in exhibition?
I purchased this watch as a present, but cannot use it as a present.
I would like to return it.
I am going to return it from Japan.
Would you pay for the shipping charge?
