残念ながら、お金を支払えば通信速度制限を解除できるというサービスは無いようです。
制限がかかった日の、翌日の昼か、翌々日のお昼に自動的に制限が解除されるようです。
もし制限がかかったとしても、Youtubeなどの動画を見ることができるくらいの通信は可能なようです。
※3GBは、Youtube動画（標準の画質）を12時間ほど見るくらいのデータ量になります。
とても大きなファイルを送受信しないようにするなど、気をつけてください。
