年末の配送の件
先日注文した商品の出荷日に関してお願いがあります。
商品の発送準備は整っているでしょうか？
私達の倉庫の閉まる日にちが早まってしまったため、今週末までには注文した商品を出荷して欲しいのです。
注文した商品の中にバックオーダー品があるため、商品が全て未出荷となっているようです。
在庫がある商品だけでも先に発送してくれませんか？
今日の注文分まで、私たちは年内に受け取れる見通しです。
そのため、全ての商品を遅れずに発送して欲しいです。

Shipment at the end of the year
We have a favor to ask you regarding shipment day of the item that we ordered a couple of days ago.
Are you ready to send the item?
As we close our warehouse earlier than schedule, we would like you to send the item that we ordered until the end of this week.
As there are some back orders among the items that we had ordered, all the items have not been sent yet.
May we ask you to send only the items that you have in the inventory in advance?
We will receive the items that we have ordered today until the end of the year .
For this reason, we would like you to send all the items without delay.
