年末の配送の件
先日注文した商品の出荷日に関してお願いがあります。
商品の発送準備は整っているでしょうか？
私達の倉庫の閉まる日にちが早まってしまったため、今週末までには注文した商品を出荷して欲しいのです。
注文した商品の中にバックオーダー品があるため、商品が全て未出荷となっているようです。
在庫がある商品だけでも先に発送してくれませんか？
今日の注文分まで、私たちは年内に受け取れる見通しです。
そのため、全ての商品を遅れずに発送して欲しいです。

We have request about shipping date of the item we ordered the other day.
Is shipment of the item ready?
As closing date of our warehouse has been advanced, we want you to ship the items we ordered by this weekend.
As the order includes back order, it seems like all has not been shipped yet.
Will you send items in stock first?
We will be able to receive up to today's order within this year.
Therefore, please send all items without delay.
