Tシャツにもプリントは出来ますが、現状サイズはポスター用の16x20インチなのでリサイズしなければいけない。
プリント方法にもよりますが、サイズを小さくすると、細部が潰れてしまったり細かいラインが綺麗にプリントされないかもしれません。
プリンターと相談が必要だと思います。
データはプリント業者で小さくリサイズはできるはずです。
今回のデザインはポスターとしては刷らないで、Tシャツにだけプリントするという事ですか？
ちなみに左上に書いてある文字は日本語のカタカナで、Aと書いてあります。
