9月24日に注文したERに初期不良がありました。
前回報告した不具合と全く同じ症状です。
不具合状況がわかる動画も添付しました。
このERには両サイドにスプリングが入ってますか？
確認してから発送してくれましたよね？
スプリングが入ってるのであれば、モーターの不具合ですよね？
ERの初期不良が多すぎです。
顧客対応のために、送料などの経費が多くかかっています。
ERを2台、半額で売って下さい。
ER02も1台注文します。半額でお願します。
今回以降に届くER01には両サイドにネジが入ってますか？

The product I ordered on Spt. 24th has initial failure.
The symptom of the malfunction is identical to that of the last one I reported before. Attached is a video to show you the problem.
Are the screws in position on the both sides of this ER?
Did you make sure before shipping?
If the screws are in position, it has to be the malfunction of the motor.
Initial failure happens too often on ER.
We are dealing with the customers who has the products with initial failure. Shipping fees are on us. It costs us a lot.
We would like you to sell us 2 of ER and 1 of ER02 for half a price.
Will the screws be in positions for the product(ER01) that we'll receive from next time?

There is the early failure at ER that I ordered on 24 Sep.
It's the entirely same symptom as I reported last time.

Does this ER concluded springs on both sides?
You sent that to me after you confirm it, don't you?
If there are springs, it is the failure of monitor?
I think numberf of early failures of ER is too large.
We had been taking much cost (etc, postage) for client relations.
Please sell me two ER in half the amount.
Also, I order one ER02. You should sell it in half the amount too.
