9月24日に注文したERに初期不良がありました。
前回報告した不具合と全く同じ症状です。
不具合状況がわかる動画も添付しました。
このERには両サイドにスプリングが入ってますか？
確認してから発送してくれましたよね？
スプリングが入ってるのであれば、モーターの不具合ですよね？

ERの初期不良が多すぎです。
顧客対応のために、送料などの経費が多くかかっています。
ERを2台、半額で売って下さい。
ER02も1台注文します。半額でお願します。
今回以降に届くER01には両サイドにネジが入ってますか？
