this MA‐Contract, Malca‐Amit’s responsibility and liability shall cease and the Shipment or any undeliverable part thereof shall be held at the sole risk and expense of the Customer. In
the event a Shipment remains undeliverable as stated above, Malca‐Amit’s liability, if any, shall not exceed US$10,000.00 or actual value of the Property, whichever is less.
11. Liability for SERVICES: Malca‐Amit shall be liable for the physical loss of, or damage to the Shipment resulting from any cause whatsoever, during the period of responsibility,
subject however to the exclusions from liability and limitations of liability set forth hereinafter.

本MA‐契約、Malca‐Amitの責務ならびに債務は、停止するものとし、「出荷物」もしくはそのすべての配達不能部分は、顧客のみのリスクおよび費用にて維持されるものとします。
ある「出荷物」が上記のように配達不能のままである場合、Malca‐Amitの責任は、あるとしても、10,000米ドルまたは同資産の実際価値のより少ない方を超えないものとする。
11.「 サービス」に対する責任
Malca‐Amitは、責任期間の間、いかなる原因によるものであれ、、「出荷物」の具体的遺失もしくはその損傷に対して責任を負うものとする。しかしながら、以下に定める責任からの排除および責任の制限を条件とする。

このMA-契約、Malca-Amitの責任と信頼は失効し、配送や未到着も税関の出費も責任はありません。上記のように配送が未到着になっているとき、Malca-Amitの責任は10,000.00USD以上にはなりません、又その資産の事実上の価値はより少ないです。
11. サービスの責任: Malca-Amitは責任期間においてどのような原因の結果であっても運送に対する物理的損失や損害の責任を持ち, しかし、責任期限以降は責任外です。

本契約、マルカ・アミットの責任は終了し、出荷またはその出荷不可能な荷物は顧客の唯一のリスク及び経費により保管される。
上記のように出荷が不可能な場合、同社の責務は１万米ドル以下または荷物の価格のどちらか安価な方となる。

１１．サービスの責任
マルカ・アミットは、責任期間中に発生した起因による物理的な損失または出荷の損害に対し有責であるが、本契約に規定された責任及び責任の制限から免除される。
