レンズの不具合の理由はこちらで商品を確認してみないとなんとも言えません。出荷前のチェックでは異常を感じませんでした。
商品を返送していただき確認させていただいたら返金処理とさせていただきます。もちろん返送料も負担させていただきます。

I cannot speak for sure about the reason of the lens defect without checking the merchandise at our end. No particular issues were found at the inspection prior to shipping though.
Please return the merchandise to us and we will issue you a refund after confirmation. Return shipping fee is covered at our end of course.

We are unable to say why the lens is not functioning properly without checking the product here. We didn't detect any problems with it when we checked it before sending it out. If you return it we will issue a refund. Of course we will cover the shipping costs. We apologize for the inconvenience.
