Please have a look at the attached image. The cancellation request should only be accepted when the refund has been made. And it is indicated that if the refund has not been made yet, one should contact the seller. Therefore, I contacted you. I had cancelled some transactions and received refunds before, but this is the first time to receive a cancellation request even "before" the refund is made. All the fees will be returned to you for sure, so I will accept your cancellation request after you have arranged to refund me. You do not have to worry about anything at all.

Please see the attached screenshot. It clearly states that you should only accept cancellation request after you have been refunded. It also states that if you haven't been refunded, you should contact the seller. This is why I contacted you. In the past in several occasions, I have experience being refunded for cancelled transactions, but this is the first time I received a cancellation request before receiving a refund. You will have to refund me before I accept your cancellation request; then, all fees will be credited to your account. You have nothing to worry about.

Uptill now I have no such experience of receiving a refund by cancelling a deal, and this is the first time that I am receiving the cancel request before refund.
I will return all the fees to you and accept a cancellation request after repayment.
So please need not worry, everything will be fine.
