Aというセラーに商品のメーカーを問い合わせたらページとは違う商品を販売していると言われました
アマゾンではそんな事が許されるのですか？

On Amazon page, it is stated as B. Does it mean that an another item will arrive apart from this one?
When I made an inquiry to an seller called A about the manufacturer of the item, he told me that he was selling an another item from that on the page.
Does Amazon allow this?
When we checked, this item was out of stock. So we are arranging to get the item as soon as possible. We will ship it out within a few days once the item is arrived.

When I enquired the seller A regarding the maker of the item, I was told that they are selling different products from the ones on the page. Is this thing allowed in Amazon?
I am currently rushing to organize the request for the item as it was out of stock when I checked.
The item will be shipped a few days after it is confirmed.
