We confirmed with the person in charge at the Japan Post and it seems that because of a February strike in the Los Angeles harbour, there are still delays in shipping a part of an air mail freight.
They assume some of the packages we sent to America with tracking are also being delayed.
Therefore, we think there is a high possibility the same thing happened to package addressed to you.
If by chance the package does not arrive by April 3, please contact us again and we will start a refund procedure right away.
We sincerely apologise for a long wait.

As I checked with the person in charge at post office, due to strike which occurred in February at Los Angeles port partial delay in the airfreight deliver is still continued.
We can see part of the parcels we sent to US with tracking number delayed as well.
Therefore, we assume that the item we sent to you is in the same situation.
If you don't receive the item by May 3rd, please let us know so we can make refund immediately.

Checked with the post office, delays in shipping for some airfreight shipments still continues due to the influence of the strike which broke out at the LA port in February.
Partial delays have been seen for the goods we also have sent with tracking numbers to the U.S.
