かなり昔の話ですが、日本から御社にフイルムのテレシネをお願いしました。しかし私が転居したため配達先不明で、皆さんはそれを長期に亘り保管して下さいました。
私はニューヨークの親戚に頼んで電話で問い合わせをしてもらい、無事に貴重なフイルムとテープが手元に戻りました。その際、代金を無料にして頂いたことも強く印象に残っています。
本当に感謝の気持ちでいっぱいです。

A long time ago I ordered a film telecine from your company to be delivered to Japan. However, because I changed residences, you held onto the order for me for an extended period of time because I didn't have a new address.
I asked my relative in New York to make an inquiry by phone for me and I was able to have the film and tape returned to me safely. I got the strong impression that you handled that for free.
I'm really grateful to you and am looking forward to continuing doing business with you!
