I am very sorry for the trouble with these products. I will send you several washers for the Tilt Brake so you can have extra on hand for the future. Regarding the FT Tripods, can you unscrew the screw with pliers to where it raises up some? I am wondering if the screws were pushed in during shipping. Hopefully, you can rotate them backwards to where they are the correct length. Please let me know if you think this would be an option to resolve the issue. If not, we will be happy to send replacements.
これらの製品についてご迷惑をお掛けし申し訳御座いません。将来の予備としてTilt Brake用ワッシャーを数個送りますので、手元に保管して下さい。FT Tripodsについて、プライヤーでねじが持ち上がるところまで少しねじを緩めて下さい。輸送中にねじがねじ込まれたのではないかと思います。たぶん正しい長さまで回して戻すことができると思います。これがこの問題を解決する選択肢の一つとお考え頂ければお知らせ下さい。そうでなければ、交換品をお送りします。
