I did receive the new cover, and although the box was again damaged, the item was in perfect condition. You may want to write fragile on the box next time for U S Shipments.....
2- I have received a letter from "U S Postal Services, International Research Group" asking me to take the damaged box and damaged part to a local Post Office and get an employee to inspect the item, & to write name & street address on the form. Then I am to mail the form to an address in Los Angeles.....
So I will be going to the post office again later today and will email you a copy of the form once done.
