Amazon replied as above. Therefore I'm very afraid to ask you this, but will you accept the following arrangements?
I will send you a transformer which is compatible with this item. If the item does not work even with it, I will refund 30% of the amount of the item. You do not need to return the item. This is the utmost effort I can make.
