Regarding the participation of the board meeting hereafter, not Tanaka but I am going to participate from our company.
As our office is in Tokyo, we will participate in it by telephone basically.

This time I shall take part in the board of director`s meeting, not Mr. Tanaka.

当方、外資企業で外国人CEO秘書をしておりました。細かいことではありますが、日付について、先方がイギリスなどヨーロッパの方でしたら10th Aprilのように、日が先のほうが、読みやすいかもわかりません。
恐れ入ります、最後の文ですが、The number for the conference call will be informed separately. に変更お願いします。提出したものですと、「別途メールで連絡します」という意味になってしまいますが、原文は「別途連絡」とあるだけで、方法は書いていませんでした。
