今後の取締役会への参加ですが、弊社からは田中ではなく私が参加させていただく予定です。
我々のオフィスは東京にあるので、基本的には電話会議での参加となると思っております。
また、残念ながら、私は4月10日の取締役会には参加できません。
私は4月17日にAnneと電話でお話できることを楽しみにしております。

For the future, it will be myself attending the board meetings from our company instead of Tanaka san.
Since our office is located in Tokyo, my participation will be basically made by a conference call.
Unfortunately I can not take part in the board meeting set for April 10th.
I am looking forward to speaking with Anne by telephone on April 17th.
