こちらで不具合はなかったと思うのですが、一度カメラ屋さんで見てもらうのは可能ですか？
もし、壊れていて修理が必要なら、修理代金は負担させて頂きます。
もしくは返品対応も承りますので、ご検討お願いします
2.通電はしているようですが、電源を「オン」にすることができずシャッターを切ることができません
データバックは問題なくお使いいただけます
ご自分で直せる方、または部品取りとしてお使いください。

If there is a defect and need maintenance, we would bare the maintenance fee.
We also accept customers returning their goods and you may consider that as well.
