推測しますと交換された跡がありますが、
二つのスイッチは同年代のもので、
パーツはオリジナルもしくは同年代のものと交換？となります。
シリアルは293XXX(全桁をお教えはできませんのでご了承ください)
となります。
またケースもオリジナルですが、金属部が破損している箇所が
ございます。

The PU Switch might after it has been replaced with a guess from the solder traces, but two of the switch is that of the same age, parts will be exchanged with the original or the same age ones. Serial will be 293XXX (Please note that can not teach you all digits). Also is the case even original, but there is a portion where the metal part is damaged.
