最初にホース先端部をパイプの端角に被せて押込む
パイプを手で固定し、ホースを左右に捩じりながら差し込む
ホースの先端から差込み代（25㎜）付近を持ち、挿入した時の指の感触（膨らむ感）まで差し込む
木型のチェックプレートを当てて、ホースの姿勢とクランプの向き、位置を確認する（工程内検査）
ホース挿入前にクランプを通しておく
赤い止め具が付いていることを確認する
クランプでホース表面に傷をつけないこと

Use pliers to release the clamp & adjust it in right position.
Works only learned through actual experience.
Using the hose's tip to cover the edge-corner of pipe first , then shoving it onto the pipe.
Handling the pipe , then shoving the hose on with torsioning.
Handling above 25mm spare using to shoving from the hose's tip , and shoving it on until feeling swell from fingers.
Apply the wooden check plate to checking the posture of hose & the direction of clamp.（Process inspection）
Keep thorough the clamp before insert the hose.
Be sure the stopper with red - colored was be fitted.
Do not hurt the surface of hose by clamp.
Mounting state inside the Instrument Panel .
Breakdown status of heater.

Firstly, insert and cover the end of the hose into the tip of the pipe.
Hold the pipe using hand while insert the hose by twisting it to the left and right.
Insert the hose until about 25mm from the hose tip, and feel by hand that the hose is swollen.
Check hose position and clamp direction and position by touching it to wooden check plate (process inspection).
Before insert the hose, pass through the clamp first.
Confirm that red stopper jig is attached.
No scratch on hose surface by clamping.
