主催者と地元歓迎挨拶につづき、ドラゴンルート推進協議会会長の多田邦彦氏が特別講演を行なった。多田氏は、愛知セントレア空港から能登半島を結ぶ日本中央部を縦断するルートを、その形から登り龍に見立てて、2010年に「ドラゴンルート推進協議会」を設立。

On February.17th, 「International Tourism Convention Forum 2015 in Kanazawa」was held. Themed as "Suggestions from Kanazawa, target of 20 million inbound visitors, Japan MICE - The topic and outlook", the event was held at the Guest hall of Shiinoki Cultural Complex, Ishikawa County.
Following the host and local welcome ceremony, President of Dragon Route Promotion Council Tada-san gave his special speech. Mr. Tada established Dragon Route Promotion Council in 2010 to shape the route that traverses central Japan and connects Aichi Centrair Airport with Nonobori Peninsula as a rising dragon.

"International Tourism Convention Forum 2015 in Kanazawa" was kicked off on February 17. Under the theme, "Recommendations from Kanazawa. Aiming to receive 20 million people. Japan MICE, Problems and Prospects" it will be held until the 18th at the Ishikawa prefectural government Memorial Shiiki Guesthouse.
Following the organizers and the local welcome greetings, Kunihiko Tada, chairman of the Dragon Route Promotion Council gave a special lecture. Taking the route that goes from Aichi Centrair Airport to Noto Peninsula of Japan crossing the central part of the country, and taking a hint from its shape, Mr. Tada established the "Dragon Route Promotion Council" in 2010.
