つまり、商品が到着3日が経過して評価を返してもらってもも資金解除出来ないと言う事ですね？
最初の販売から90日経過してアメリカ宛てに25個販売しないと解除は出来ないと言う事ですね。

Therefore cannot I cancel the funds even if 3 days passed after the product arrived and I got back reputation, can I?
You say that 90 days passed from the first sales and I have to sell 25 to US to cancel the funds, don't you?

In other words, it means that even I receive the rating 3 days after the arrival of the item, the fund will not be release.
Unless I sell 25 pieces to USA 90 days after the first sales, the locking will not be released.
Do I understand the above appropriately?

If less than 25 sales to the US has not been made in the 90 days after the initial sale, it won't be released.
