Perfect timing – I got another mail from our Accounts department this afternoon. And the mystery is solved!
It seems the payment came back, and no-one noticed. So Stefanie in Accounts tells me she’ll pay it again.
So no need for you to check anything, just let me know if you don’t see any payment in a week or so.
Please accept my apologies about this, but I hope you are as pleased as me that we’ve finally found the problem.

支払が戻ってきてしまったようで、でも誰もその処理に気づいていなかったそうです。アカウント部署のステファニーが再度支払の手配をしてくれるそうです。
なので貴方の方で確認して頂くことはもう何もないです。1週間程経過して支払を受け取れていない場合はまたご連絡ください。
