日本側で残業時間を管理する運用となり、添付フォーマットで勤務時間を報告する形で調整を進めております。そのため勤務状況を日本側に報告する必要があります。
勤務状況の内容に問題なければ承認をお願いします。
プロセスは以下のとおりです。
1.私からAさんに勤務状況の報告と承認
2.承認された結果をわたしがBさんにメールで報告
3.Bさんにて確認と承認
