あなたの国から返事がありません。
ですが、こちらの調べだと商品はまだそちらにあるようです。
あたなは配達局に上記の事を伝えてもらえますか？
なお、こちらに戻ってきてしまえば再度発送する以外はありません。
その際は送料がかかってしまいます。
しっかり、受け取ってくれる事を願っています。
また、追加の情報が入り次第連絡します。

However, according to my investigation, the item appears to be over there.
Would you please notify your local post office the above matter?
Also, once the item is returned to us, there is no other ways but shipping it again.
In that case, an extra shipping fee would cost.

I inquired EMS yesterday and today. And I submitted a request of the investigation. However, I have yet to hear anything from your country.
According to the investigation, the product is still on your contry. Could you inform the postal agency regarding this matter above?
Also, once it bring back to us, there is no way but to ship it again.
The shipping charge is neccsary to arrange for the process.
I hope you take this matter seriously.

Could you let the delivery post office know of the above?
In case the goods get returned to us, there is no other way but to repost.
