トラッキング番号からお問い合わせされた方がいいかもしれません。
私からも追跡調査していますが、国外からですと、かなり調査に時間を要するようなので、お手数ですが、一度問い合わせしてみていただけませんか？よろしくお願いします。

Has the item not arrived on your end?
Considering that the item has already arrived at the custom office, it might have been kept for days due to some kind of problems.
You may wish to contact the office using the tracking number.
I have requested for an investigation too, but it seems that the investigation request from overseas may take a while. So it would be appreciated if you could also contact them. Thank you for your kind arrangement.

If the item has arrived at the tariff office already, it probably has been held for some days with any reason.
You should inquire by the trucking number.

It might have been better if I made an inquiry using the tracking number.
