この業務のTranslation in online toolをクリックしても以下のメッセージが表示されて、Translation Toolを使用できません。
ログアウトしてWEBトップページからアクセスして、再度ログインを行っていますが、変わらない状況です。
この問題を解消いただいてもよろしいでしょうか？
このような状況につき、deadlineに間に合いません。
deadlineを2時間伸ばしていただくことは可能でしょうか？

When I click "Translation in online tool" for this task, the message mentioned below is just shown. Then I can't use Translation Tool.
I have logged out and tried to log in again from the home of WEB. But the result is the same.
Please kindly check this problem.
Due to this, I am not able to meet the deadline.
Would you please delay it by 2 hours?

Even I click “Translation in online tool” of this business, the following message will display and the Translation Tool cannot be used.
It is still same after I tried to log out, access from WEB top page and log in again.
Could you do me a favor to solve this problem please?
Due to such situation, I don't think I can make it in time before deadline.
Is it possible to extend the deadline for 2 more hours?
