We notified that the beds of the dormitory would be changed on December 21th the other day.
But because of the schedule conflict of employees of other rooms, we are making adjustment of the schedule now.
Is it posiible to change its schedule to 23th(Tuesday)?

I contacted you earlier regarding the dormitory bed replacement that was to take place on December 21.
Due to the schedules of some employees being unable to meet with this date, we will be making an adjustment to the replacement date.
