12月21日（日曜）は1日中部屋に居ないの？
時間を変更するか、誰か代わりの人に立ち会いをお願いすることは出来ませんか？
新しいベットの搬入の時間を10：00～13：00で計画しているのだけれど、
時間を9：00～に早める、または遅くすることは可能です。
あるいは303号室の＊＊＊さんも当日不在なのですが、
302号室の＊＊＊さんが代わりに立ち会ってくれることになってます。
もし、いずれも難しいのであれば、再度日程を調整します。

Is it possible to change time or ask someone on behalf to be present?
New bed is planned to be carried in at 10:00-13:00, but I can advance time to 9:00 or delay it.
Or *** is not present on that day either, but *** in room 302 will be present on behalf.
If either is difficult, I'll reschedule the date.

It is possible to change the time to 9 a.m. or make it later than 1 p.m..
